This page is for customers wishing to become a seasonal or short term tenant for less than 6 months. On short term rentals a $100 deposit is required to hold you lot and full payment for the first month is due 30 days before your move in date.

Cancellation Policy
While we hope you’ll be able to honor your reservation and come camp with us, we understand that sometimes things change. We will gladly reserve your site, not accepting any future requests. In order to be able to do so, we ask in exchange for your guarantee. Should you have to cancel a reservation, the following will apply:
Daily and Weekly Reservations
- Cancelled with a 15-day advance notice, a 100% refund will be made minus a $20 cancellation fee.
- Cancelled with 72 hours to 15-day notice, 50% will be made.
- Cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, No Refund will be made.
- No refunds partial days.
Monthly Reservations
- Cancelled with a 30-day advance notice, a 100% refund will be made minus a $20 cancellation fee.
- Cancelled with 15 to 30-day notice, 50% will be made.
- Cancelled with less than 15 days notice, No Refund will be made.
- No refunds partial days.
