Rental Rate: $900/month including water, septic, and WiFi (Electricity is extra and separately metered).
We do background check on all rentals over 1 yr for recent evictions and violent crime history. Fee is $40 per adult, and will be credited towards 1st month rent if you are approved. You can find the application here.
